Pack Leadership

Scouting is a program that serves youths, but we require adult role models in order to provide an ideal learning experience. There is a place for every adult who want to help as each volunteer has something valuable to offer. Often the challenge is not knowing how to help.

The amount of time a volunteer spends to ensure the success of the Pack varies widely. Most volunteers give us an average of at least two to three hours per week.  We get it, we are all busy, but we are big believers in that we make time for what's important to us. Scouting isn't like soccer or baseball where we're on the sidelines cheering on our kids. Cub Scouting is hands on. Whether you're helping them learn how to tie knots, showing them how to use a hammer, or teaching them how to cook their own breakfast, adults need to be involved.

Here's who is involved with the Pack:
"The Key 3" are required positions that must be named at re-charter every December. Literally, there would not be a Pack 3508 without these individuals.
